		<answer> Training in Iaido contributes to fitness and physical health as it has all the characteristics of a vigorous physical exercise. Apart from the physical benefits, the advantages of dealing with Iaido is to create calm and balanced people, contributing on the growth and development of self-confidence, calmness, sobriety of thought and calm view of intense situations. </answer>

		<answer> Iaido has matches as part of training in Iaido (excersise-keiko, educational meeting-semina, exam-shinsa, competitions-taikai) and reflect the exercise we do in our daily workout. The games in Iaido, have no contact opponents as in Kendo. Contestants are judged in the proper execution of kata in combination with the sound technical fighting spirit. </answer>

		<answer> In our dojo the training is not separated into novice and advanced Iadoka. We use the traditional method of training where beginners and advanced is customary to practice together. Begginers acquire better adaptation and confidence excersing along side with advanced students, but also the advanced students can enrich their practice with the unexpected factor following the exercise of the begginers, as all trainees always learn something new even on the most basic techniques of Iaido. </answer>
